Shipping policy
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are shipped once a week, every Tuesday.
If you place your order by Tuesday at noon (EST), it will be included in the weekly shipment. Orders placed after Tuesday at noon will be shipped the following week.
PLEASE NOTE: BROOKLYN MACHINE WORKS is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please request a signature if you have issues with packages going missing, otherwise we hold no liability if tracking shows as delivered.
How long does it take for my order to arrive at my house?
If you have chosen ground shipping you will receive your package within 1-5 business days after ordering.
(Weather conditions, holidays or incorrect shipping information can delay shipments)
How do I cancel / change my order?
To cancel or change an order, you must e-mail us by 11am (EST) with the following info:
- Your order number or e-mail address that the order was placed under
- Exact details of how you would like us to modify your order
If you call or e-mail after 11am (EST), we will do everything possible to correct your order before it is shipped. However, we can not guarantee that your order can be modified after 11am (EST).
How do I know my order went through?
After your order has been placed you will receive an e-mail confirmation that status what you ordered and the address that it will be shipped to.
I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail, what should I do?
If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail you should: Check your spam box in your e-mail account. If you still haven't received it please contact customer support: hollo@brooklynmachineworks.com
